1. Website Use

3. Consulting Services

Consultation engagements are individualized and generally range from $500 to $2,000 depending on scope, complexity, and duration. Deliverables may include a structured review of the client's objectives, recommendations, or a written strategic plan, as described in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

4. Management Services

Management services provide ongoing organization, planning support, follow-ups, and accountability for an established business plan, and generally range from $200 to $500 depending on the scope and level of ongoing support required. The exact scope is determined by the client's needs and the selected service package.

5. Payment

Fees are due as stated on the invoice or payment request. Service descriptions on invoices and payment requests correspond to the services described on this website. Services are scheduled and delivered after payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Scope

The scope of each engagement is limited to what is described in the applicable service agreement, invoice, or written confirmation. Work beyond that scope requires a new agreement or additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their business, for their own business decisions, and for implementing any recommendations. Ace Enterprise Group does not operate the client's business or make decisions on the client's behalf.

8. Scheduling

Consultations are scheduled by agreement between the client and Ace Enterprise Group. Clients should provide reasonable advance notice to reschedule a confirmed appointment.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and may also be addressed in the client's individual service agreement. Where applicable, the signed service agreement governs the engagement.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, materials, templates, frameworks, and documents created by Ace Enterprise Group remain its intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive right to use deliverables prepared for them for their own internal business purposes. Deliverables may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

11. Confidentiality

Business information shared by a client during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.

12. No Guarantee of Business Results

Ace Enterprise Group does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, profits, cash-flow outcomes, or business growth. Results vary based on each client's circumstances, decisions, implementation, market conditions, and other factors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Enterprise Group's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question. Ace Enterprise Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
